The reference index concerns parties who have no relationship with this registry, so this form requires no account. We acknowledge within 72 hours and resolve within 14 days; disputed entries are flagged in every match response while the dispute is open.

If a dispute contests a registered work whose original image the registry never received, we ask whoever registered it to produce the original, or a high-fidelity rendering, within 14 days. If it isn't produced, the dispute is resolved against the work. Registration privacy ends where adjudication begins.
